The Lady Ice is an organization of young talented softball players, from throughout the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania, that travel to tournaments in New York and the surrounding states testing their skills against the best players on the east coast. The Lady Ice organization has been active for several years, with teams competing at the 10-U, 12-U, 14-U, and 16-U levels. The goal of our organization is to offer the players the opportunity to compete at the highest levels possible; which in turn will allow each of them to learn and grow as athletes, as well as people. We emphasize four main points: have fun, try your best, good sportsmanship, and teamwork; and we ask each player to be respectful, and to take pride in the fact that they are ambassadors of our organization and our community.
